Refund Policy

Daankosh is committed to providing a high-quality experience for our donors and supporters. If you have donated to our organization and wish to request a refund, please review our refund policy below.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our software, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out. That is why we offer a refund policy for our Daankosh product. 

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at helpdesk@good2give.in. Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions on refund process. Once we receive the request and confirm that it meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions: There are some situations where we may not be able to offer a refund. These include: 

    • The software has been activated or used 

    • The refund request is made after the 30-day refund window 

    • The software was purchased from a third-party vendor 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on a case-by-case basis.
